Horn Park Gardens - Are large and quite beautiful, with some magnificent views of the sea. They surround the house built in 1910. It is a garden full of most unusual trees, shrubs, and rock and water garden. A wild flower meadow with dozens of species, including orchids.

Smuggler’s Barn - This is the place for children. Smuggler’s barn is a soft play area inside the hulls of a smuggler’s lugger and Revenue cutter. You can learn about the smuggler’s past in the DVD theatre, as told by Dorsets most famous 18th century smuggler.You can milk the cow, cuddle animals such as guinea pigs, have a pony ride, or ride a toy tractor.DOGS are not allowed here, and children must be under 11 years or 4ft 9”.

Abbotsbury Swannery - Abbotsbury has been the home for mute swans for over 600 years. The Swannery is sheltered by the Chesil beach, this ancient and really special site provides protection for literally hundreds of nesting swans and their young.Visitors are occasionally allowed to hold the young (cygnet) under strict supervision. Mass feeding sessions at 12 noon and at 4pm are something special to witness. May is the best time for nesting birds, whilst an audio visual show runs hourly during the day.
